How to contact xbox enforcement

There is another player on xbox that asks me to glitch his account in a game to give him an unfair advantage against everyone else and i tell him no and block him but then he makes more accounts messages me to do it but i just block him and after i reported him and told xbox the whole situation and i just get a notification saying they couldn't take action so is there i way i can contact xbox enforcement and show them proof

Welcome to the Microsoft Community.

The only way to contact the Xbox Safety team would be to submit a case appeal. However, in your case, as you are reporting other players, the only way for you would be to continue reporting the player and their accounts.

If you report the messages they send you, asking you to glitch/modify their account, this should allow the safety team to see what is happening. They do investigate all reports submitted to them and do take action. It just depends if they feel the user has gone against the Xbox Community Standards.
