How to contact enforcement team

I turn on my Xbox and realize that I can not enter chat or communicate with friends. I call Xbox support to find out what's happened and they advise that there is a communication ban on my account. The funny thing is that I have not received a message/notification from
the enforcement team advising me of the ban, therefore I can't even click on case review because the case does not exist. When I contact Xbox support again they advise that I have to contact the enforcement team, but as stated before there is no way for me
to be able to communicate with them. This is really frustrating!

Does anyone have any idea how to contact this world police team (enforcement team)?

Hi, I have read your other threads on the issue.

Even though they over turned your gamertag change, does not mean you will be able to have it back. You obviously submitted a case review against enforcement action, which explained why you thought it wasn't offensive. It may not be offensive in your Country
or region but in another Country part of your tag may be seen as offensive.

A gamer a few weeks back had a similar issue and when he got his case turned over, it was explained that the tag was, or was close to a charecter in adult content literature/media.

 

How to contact Enforcement Team

There seems to be a lot of people telling me to contact enforcement, yet no answer how to.

does anyone know how to get in touch with enforcement about a Gamer Tag issue..

 

You can view your ban by logging in at enforcement.xbox.com and if the ban is eligible that is where you will find the case review option. That is the only way to contact the enforcement team.

 

when I log on to enforcement.xbox.com, such a ban does not exist therefore no case review!!

Good luck, it's impossible to contact them yet they have unlimited power. No checks and balances.

 

Dude, you don't get what I am saying. There is no such enforcement in my enforcement history. It does not exist. The only reason I found out was because I called cusomter service who advised me of the ban, but besides that they were pretty useless. They
told me to go online and find out about how to contact the world police team yourself. Excellent customer service!!!!!

 

Are there any other profiles on your console?

 

yes there ar but this is the profile that has a ban on it.

 

Check to see if any of the other profiles have any type of enforcement action on them.

 

maybe if you grow up and behave like an adult, this problem wouldn't exist! It's because of people like you who can't take a joke and report people for no reason

 

yo its people like you thats why thousands of people have this type of problem if you dont like what the person is saying then block them instead of reporting them for petty reasons or u might even be the type to go around trying to provoke people online
but then when u mess with the wrong one you want to play victim.

 

today i just found out that a Notice of enforcement from the enforcement team. dont know why as ive not played a online game or chatted to anyone for the last 2 months the only person been playing online is my wifes brother how was staying for the last 3
months.

yes the xbox support team as completely useless when it comes to this.

Cant contact them untill 24 hours after notice to find out your suspension or ask for a review.

they have no right in doing this but what can you do.

go to enforcement.xbox.com and press check my xbox.

it takes a min and then it goes back to front page and tells you.
