The enforcement system is flawed and the enforcement team is full of jobsworth bigots.

Really disgusted with their system and how they operate, basically they act like government officials policing the system and giving joy to all the 12 year old kids who talk smack on xbl and report people like me for beating them or replying, wow such a
good job to have... getting people suspended for the smallest things possible

After a 3 month suspension for what i see as fair realiation im left with hearing the enforcemnt team is "untouchable" no way to appeal decisions, no way to get in contact with them either. What an absolute joke of a system, self riteous bunch of bigoted
employees. That is what the enforcement team are.

And because of this ive written off microsoft.

Your system is completely ridiculous see how sony handle these things differently, what gives you the right to form an establish a police like system for a damn gaming console where theres conflict on a huge scale regarding players. You want to force your
own values onto people which i find repulsive.

How pathetic, if there is any way to contact enforcement I need to know.

Dude, you don't get what I am saying. There is no such enforcement in my enforcement history. It does not exist. The only reason I found out was because I called cusomter service who advised me of the ban, but besides that they were pretty useless. They
told me to go online and find out about how to contact the world police team yourself. Excellent customer service!!!!!

 

The enforcement system works just fine.

You can contact the enforcement team by filing for a case review on the enforcement site
here if eligible.

They have every right to enforce their rules on their service,something you agreed to when starting your account.

Sounds like you had 100 day suspension.These are issued due to multiple violations of the ToU/CoC & can not be appealed.

Doesn't matter who starts it,if you respond in a way that violates the rules then you risk being suspended,doesn't matter if you think it was a fair retaliation or not.

Sony has a similar set of rules in place but you get less chances on PSN,they will ban you outright for multiple violations of their rules.

You know fully well i want more than to apply for a case review, and you also know that i cant apply for a case review so why give me this awkward dodging reply. Youre all the same going off a script and performing as robots. Pretty degrading and shameful.

I known this information to be free information so I would like it.

I have seen forum posts with the US enforcement team phone number.

So the UK one shouldnt be a problem.

The telephone number you have found will probably be for the Xbox Support team. The only way it is possible to contact the Enforcement team is by using the
Xbox Enforcement web site and they cannot be contacted by telephone, E-Mail or through these forums.

Nothing degrading or shameful in giving up some of my spare time to answers questions from other gamers.

You have never seen a phone number for the U.S. enforcement team because they do not have a phone number,there is no phone number or email address for the enforcement team in any country.I've told you the only way to contact them & I told you why you can't
file for a case review.

It's not the enforcement system that's flawed.If you hadn't violated the ToU/CoC on multiple occasions then you wouldn't of been suspended.
