    I am a parent of a 16 year old who got permanently suspended from XBOX Live for using cartoon anime they felt were a violation. I did submit a genuine response for review and they denied it. I am so upset they do not care that there are parents that
    do get involved! How can I contact someone to review this case again.

    the enforcement team in the forums.

    For information about the ban, and submitting case reviews you would need to go to Enforcement website <https://enforcement.xbox.com/en-US>That
    is the only way to contact the enforcement team.

    Hi there,

    No one in the forums, or Support team members, can respond to specific enforcement action questions.

    If the suspension is eligible for a case review, submit one as that is the only way to contact the Safety Team. They are the only ones who could answer any specifics on enforcement actions as they are the team that issues the suspensions. They are only contactable through the case review process.
