How to contact a WDG Devices Support Agent?

I have been having a nightmare trying to do something which should be really simple (buy Microsoft Complete for a new Xbox One X purchased from Amazon)

There is a thread here where I detail my problems, so I won't go into it all again here. But back when the Scorpio models launched, I bought two of them - one from Microsoft and one from Amazon, and a girl from WDG Devices Support called Elisa C. sorted
the Microsoft Complete for me on both consoles back then.

She was aware that regular support agents couldn't help me. The trouble is, the email she used was a temporary one for my case and is no longer monitored and I can't find any way of contacting WDG Devices again.

It would make my life so much easier, as those guys know what they are doing. Can anybody help me with contact details for them? Cheers

purchase Microsoft Complete on my Xbox One X, so we'll be locking this duplicate post at this time. In general, you would need to

contact Microsoft Store Support for assistance with the Microsoft Complete purchase for your new console.

Sadly they can't. The WDG team seemed able to do stuff that regular support staff can't do. I have been round in circles with the normal support team, insisting I can't do what the WDG team have done for me no problem in the past :/

I don't know the specific answer as to how to contact WDG, but one other avenue that I would suggest is contacting the Microsoft Store; e.g., navigate to the Microsoft Store website for your region, scroll down to the bottom of the page to Store & Support
and then Sales & Support to look up their contact information.

Like you, last year, I wanted to purchase Microsoft Complete for my Xbox One X, which was bought from a non-Microsoft vendor. It ended up that support transferred me to Microsoft Store personnel, who, after my supplying proof of purchase/date, were actually
were able to accomplish the transaction for the Microsoft Complete warranty plan.

This is getting ridiculous now. I have been passed around various support agents, all of whom say that you can't add Microsoft Complete to an Xbox if it wasn't purchased from Microsoft themselves.

Except the Xbox One X I have right in front of me now, had Microsoft Complete added by one of their agents when I bought it from Amazon :/

not only was she super nice when she contacted me about 12 months or so ago, but she added Microsoft Complete to my Amazon purchased Xbox One X, with no problems at all.

Sadly the emails she was sending me had a temporary address with a created service number which is no longer monitored, so I just get a Microsoft reply telling me to contact support.

Somebody from Microsoft must know how to contact them, as I clearly have proof that Complete can be added!
