    Does anyone know a way to submit an issue like you do when you are in the insiders program?

    I used to be enrolled years ago on multiple systems but I haven't for a while now. Is there something similar or do I have to enroll into the insider's program to be able to submit the game crashes? At least it would be nice to be able to submit all the
    testing and troubleshooting I'm doing while I'm trying to get my new console to work.
