    How To Connect XBOX ONE to component HD TV


    I am having a problem. I have a 60" older Mitsubishi HD1080tv. My hd connection is 5 component. (blue,yellow,red, white,red) I have a generic component to hdmi converter cable but it will not work. What do I need to buy to fix this without having to buy
    a new television? I bought the "ONE" because of the xtra live tv features and now I can't connect it to my television! PLEASE HELP!

    Just got the new Xbox 360 250 gb.

    Want to connect via HD but my TV only has 2 HD slots and im already running a PS3 and Sky HD through the TV.

    Is there any way round this, other than buying a new TV. Also my old XBox 360 had the Xbox 360 Component HD AV Cable, would this work with the new box?

    What error exactly are you getting when trying to use your converter?

    Please check, that your video setting on the TV connection (settings / audio and video settings) is set to "hdmi" and not to "auto", as with the converter in line the one cannot get proper information to use "auto" for setting up the connection to your TV.

    Terrible picture when using Xbox 360 Slim 250GB using scart lead.

    Hi there. There may be a problem with the connection between the TV and the Xbox. If you can use a HD input to the TV such as HDMI or Component RGB then do as the quality will be massively improved from the quality seen over a scart connection :)
