    How to connect Xbox One controller to Windows tablet with no USB port?


    As the subject says, I wanted to connect an Xbox One controller to my windows tablet but there is no USB port to use. I have the Lenovo Yoga Tablet 2 - 8 inch model, which only has a micro USB port.

    How can I Charge Controller on Win 10 PC but still play on my Xbox One?

    When you connect the USB cord from the Windows PC to the Xbox controller, Windows will always try to get it linked up as an input device. That's how it's designed -- in case you want to stream the Xbox or play a PC game.

    Might I suggest a USB smartphone/tablet wall charger?

    There might be an issue with your controller. Try to connect another one or a keyboard to any of the USB ports on the Xbox One, by doing this you will be able to check if the console is the problem or the controller is. Also you could connect the controller
