    Hi everyone,

    I'm trying to connect my two xbox one controllers via USB to play games on Steam but only one controller works. Each controller works alone but when connected together just one is working.

    I have erased my pilots and installed the latest ones I found here : http://support.xbox.com/en-GB/xbox-on-windows/accessories/connect-xbox-one-controller-to-pc#62546447...
    but my problem is still here ...

    Have you ever encountered this problem? Is there any conflict between the 2 controllers?

    in order to play NCAA Football 14 with two players you need to connect both controllers. Check the steps in the following support link on how to connect xbox 360 controllers:

    Sorry to hear that you're dealing with this problem with your controller working on PC.

    I would suggest that if you haven't tried already, look over our pages entitled

    Troubleshoot the Xbox Wireless Adapter for Windows     and
    How to connect an Xbox One Wireless Controller to a Windows PC    . It has steps on how to update your controller as well as troubleshoot Bluetooth connection between the two devices.
