    i want to have a account deleted completely but when i remove a account the games i had on my account are still show even the ones who werent installed i want them all unaccesable from the xbox how do i do that?

    I'm having trouble finding support and advice on how to remove an Xbox Live (free) account from my Microsoft Live email account. The reason being i have 2 Xbox live accounts and i want to remove one completely now as i plan to start using the Paid Service.

    First time posting here .
    So recently i bought a used xbox one with few digital games in it playable off course. As i have learned that I am able To play these games because seller has this xbox as his home console, even though there was mo sign in .
    So ya , i now want to remove his account completely from this Xbox even though i will not be able

    Thank you for posting here on the Xbox forums. We understand that you are unable to complete the transaction for any backward compatible titles for the Xbox One. Have you ever been able to purchase or claim a backward-compatible game before, using your account?
    Are you a child account? If so, you would have to complete these transactions on an Xbox 360 console.

    To troubleshoot this issue, We recommend starting off by removing your account from the Xbox one and then re-downloading it. This will help re-sync your profile and profile information to Xbox live. Let us know if this helps.

    remove your profile     from the console, then complete a
    full power cycle    , then attempt to sign into your account again.
