In order to get the free Kinect Adapter you Need to have the Serial Numer of These 3 devices:

- Your original Xbox One

- Your Xbox One Kinect

- Your new Xbox One S

Once you have These three numbers please head over to the Support Page and hit up the Xbox Support via Chat or Phone:

support.xbox.com/.../contact-us

(Note: You can also get a head start by visiting,
https://devicesupport.microsoft.com , to register your existing Xbox One console and your Kinect 2.0 sensor).
