How to check when I created my Xbox Account.

Microsoft and Xbox Accounts

When I created my Microsoft account it didn't link to my Xbox Live account and it created a new one. How can I get rid of this new xbox account and link my old one?

Deleting a Gamertag (Xbox Live Silver) from a Microsoft account

Hello, I'm sure you get this post a lot of times but I'd much prefer if I was contacted directly on what to do.

I was signed in on my hotmail account (we'll name this #1) to check emails which is separate to my hotmail (#2) that I use for my Xbox LIVE account. So when I clicked sign in to check out my Xbox LIVE account it signed in through my #1 hotmail account and
created a new Gamertag.

How do I remove this gamertag from my microsoft account?

I do not believe there is an OFFICIAL way to check the
"EXACT DATE" When you created Your Xbox.com Account but i`ve been looking into this so you can find a way to
Narrow it down for you so here are some ways to Narrow it down.

Tenure counter on Xbox Live, Tenure increases every time a full 12 months of Xbox Live Gold time have elapsed on the account. This is one way. You can also See
360 purchase history to check the First item you downloaded on Xbox.com For Example. My first item downloaded was on 28/02/2009.

Make sure to select "ALL" when you are on your purchase history there will be
title then content type then date.
Make sure you look at date and keep scrolling down to the very bottom of the page until the list of your purchase history stops. Look at the date when you purchased it.

Unfortunately the 360 purchase history wont help seeing as I know I created it back before the 360 came out, also my tenure is only going back to the 360 release as well.

Thank you for posting here on the Xbox forums. I attempted to find this out using my own account but, I was not able to find the exact date my account was created. The closest I was able to get was by viewing my

order history and going back to my first purchase of Xbox live.

You may want to consider contacting Xbox support directly, so that they may investigate your account.

Say No thanks to the virtual agent
Select Error Messages and codes
Skip step 3 and go to step 4
Select request a callback from support

The Microsoft account is also an Xbox account.

If you want to create a new Xbox account, it's only possible to create a new Microsoft account.
