How to check my screen time

How do I check my (not my childs or someone else's within family) screen time. I want to see a report how much time I spend in front of screen, and possibly what apps for how long. This applies to both Xbox and Windows devices.

You can't do that for your own account on Windows..I suspect you can't on Xbox either.

The only stat Windows keeps is "Up time" in task manager. Only way to keep track of screen time on PC would be to install a 3rd party app I guess

If anyone interested, how I solved this issue - I have deleted existing family security, then created new family under different account, adding my main account as a family member, not organiser. I can see the screen time of my main account now.

I don’t think there’s a way to do that, but one thing you can do is look at the games you played, they’ll tell you how long you’ve played them, So that could give you a rough idea

Have you double checked that the screen time settings are set for the correct times for your local timezone? Also, double check that you have set screen times for both the PC and Xbox features. If the device is online and has the correct time set, he shouldn't
be able to bypass it. I double checked this with my sons access and I couldn't get around the screen time block.

You can always check your messages via Xbox.com as well, clicking on "My Xbox" at the top and then choosing Messages
