How to check how long my com ban lasts?

So I got com banned and have been com banned for a long time, not sure why, (not saying I didn't deserve it) but I would like to know how to check it or if it is forever

while signed-in. You also have the option to check in with our phone or chat support team through our

We did but we were wondering if we got a com ban and or a ban in general how long would it last cause it would be my first offenses also how long said ban would be and or is there any way to plead our case
