Sorry for the disconnect issues while playing your game. Its not a fun one to experience. As of right now there is no battery display yet on the console. I believe the illuminated Xbox home button will flash when the battery is low but that is still a theory.
I have mine charging after I am done playing for a day or so.

What device have you got? Is there any symptoms before the restart? Does it just turn off then reboot or do you have to turn it back on?

If it is a xbox is your console in a cabinet? any chance of overheating?

There are few problems common to Xbox one and 360 devices shutting down and restarting.

In most cases it is due to a disc error. Meaning the device is reading from the disc and kind of loses the plot and in that case has a brain freeze. and auto resets. Not answer to this except if it's happening frequently you should have got the extended
Warantee because the machine is likely to be unrepairable. But wait its not all bad news.

If you are talking Xbox 360 you can buy online a new device reader and rebuild tools so you can open the machine and replace the reader. You don't have to upgrade firmware if you buy the recommended brand type device driver for your Xbox 360. The best place
