How To Check Details On Bans

I've recently received a communication ban (a guy wouldn't stop harassing me so I was flirting with him to not give him any satisfaction) and I would like to know when the ban will be lifted. I've checked the enforcement website but the only ban on the list is a ban from 2019 and absolutely nothing else. How do I receive more information on my ban? I've been gathering clips for something I've been working on and the Xbox app does not allow me to download my clips with this current ban and I desperately need them. Any help is appreciated.

Hmm well, thanks for everything you've done so far! The most I can do right now is hope the violation list updates on the enforcement website and wait the penalty out. You helped a lot, thanks for everything! (Also I'll start reporting and blocking now instead of messing with bullies 😂)

That's odd. Did you check the spam box too? And where did you see that your account received a suspension?

In your inbox, you will also find more information about the suspension. Did you check if you received anything there?

I can't be sure it's a 24-hour suspension but from what I see it's usually 24 hours. If the violations are recurrent the duration of the penalties is increased and if these correction attempts do not work and the player continues to violate the terms a permanent penalty is applied.

I just triple checked and unfortunately I don't see anything reguarding my account status. Just old digital purchases, deals, and replies to this thread. Should I have received an email?
