How to change your xbox email

I am very sorry to inform you Aubrey but there is no way to transfer any code redemptions to different accounts and because that email is already assigned to an Xbox/ Microsoft service, it cannot be used on any other account.

I am sorry but that credit will be permanently locked to that account.

I have already changed my billing address email but I want to change my MAIN account email and apprently you can only do this if you have a Xbox 360 which is stupid.

Well hopefully they add it in the Janurary update thats apprently going to be a huge dashboard change somethjing to do with Windows 10!

Yes as far as I know, the only way to swap your gamertag to a new Microsoft account is via the Xbox 360. You are more than welcome to contact phone support to see if there are any other options open to you, but when I last checked, that wasn't something
they could help with. Hopefully in the future they address this and bring the ability to next gen or to the site. You can put forward any feedback on the below site if you wish.
