    Hii, decided to come back to xbox and buy a gold account. I was wondering how do I change my gamertag? Is it still like old times, where you can buy 800 MS points and change it with them? Or has it changed now?

    Well hopefully they add it in the Janurary update thats apprently going to be a huge dashboard change somethjing to do with Windows 10!

    Exactly the same.Only difference is microsoft points no longer exist,it's called "currency" now so it's shown in pounds & pence instead of points

    Go to your Xbox dashboard, go to settings > profile > gamertag.

    The price is £6.79 Microsoft points are no longer existent, as Daft Badger stared..

    So if i bought a 800 MS points code, and redeemed it when changing gamertag, it wont work?

    Yeah,it will automaticly convert the points into currency.

    You can still use the old points cards,like i said,it will convert the points into currency.
