How to Change xbox live language ? Help Please

You most likly set your xbox live account region to the wrong one, try ring up support to see if they can resolve this problem for you.

Change the Xbox LIVE account language
If your Xbox LIVE account is set to a country or region that supports multiple languages (for example, Canada), you can change your Xbox LIVE account language. Here’s how:

1. Please visit live.xbox.com/Account/BillingAccountInformation.
   
2. Sign in using your Windows Live ID.
3. If multiple languages are supported for your country or region, select a language from Preferred Language.
   
   Note The Preferred Language option does not appear if only one language is supported (for example, the United States).
   
   
4. Click Save.
   
   

So to recap, if your account is set to Belgium you should have 2 options for preferred language which are French and Dutch. You can follow the directions above to change the language on the account. If your account is in another region than the one you
are living in then that is a problem when downloading games from the XBOX Live Marketplace. You would need to create an account for the country you are living in to correct this sort of problem.

I recommend looking in your in game settings to try to change a games language. It definitely depends on the game having multiple languages available. The settings for Language saying English is for the Xbox Console itself.
