    How to change the sanctions and duration of a ban ?


    I was ban for harassment I confess that I got pissed off on some people who harmed the community I can no longer play online and I'm ban for 2 weeks I would like to know if it is possible to change the sanction and duration of the ban by contact the enforcement
    team or the support ?

    hello, a technician Microsoft informed me that my account was suspended from communication untill 29/12/2017 whereas when i was suspended ( 15/09/17- 20/09/17) indicated that the sanction was lasting 14 days, i do not understand this succession of sanction,
    more on the site enforcement there si no mention of duration of active sanction.

    Please can you help me

    My

    account was banned from xbox live and when I said banned it's not just

    the suspension of messages where from the group chat not the group chat

    and message but also impossibility to play multi.

    I assume this ban, but must also say the why and the duration of the sanctions.

    In my case the duration for the banned live 15 days ma was given but not for chat

    In

    short my banishment is up but that for the multi party for the group

    chat where to send messages to my friend I always message "following

    your behavior your account ...... blablabla"

    I would like to know how much longer its going to last since I already was banned 15 days of xbox live.

    Precision to give me all info and good to take.

    it depends on what the ban was for and if the ban was sanctioned incorrectly. if it was for swearing or hate speech against the person who reported him then he was rightfully banned. if he was banned for something that he shouldn't have been it would have
    to be taken up with the Xbox live enforcement team. they probably wont lift hi ban as they were the ones that sanctioned it, not a bot to do the work for them.

    how long is the ban for?? if its his first it shouldn't be to long at all. if its his 3rd or 4th then it could be 1-2 weeks???? juts curious about this
