how to change the play button from play demo to play

hi guys can anyone help me with starting my game.

so i bought Minecraft java and then i installed the launcher and then sign in and everything else and then i saw that the play button was not right because it was labbled

as PLAY DEMO instead of PLAY .

please can someone help thank you

It will only change to PLAY once the launcher recognizes your license for the game.

I would like to clarify, did you recently migrate your Mojang account to your Microsoft account? Also, when did you purchase the Minecraft Java Edition game?

Are you playing the Demo?

In the demo you only have the ability to play as Germany or Spain. To select spain press the down button after getting to germany.

you can play the full game of star wars battlefront on xbox 360 since it is compatible but no original xbox demos can be run on the xbox 360. trust me i have tried.

That game was an Xbox Original titles, which is where the issue is likely coming from. Though some games are supported from the original console, it's doubtful that any demos would be.

Please make sure that you’re signed in under the correct account. If you recently migrated your Mojang account to Microsoft account kindly make sure that you’re signed in under the correct Microsoft account where you migrated your Mojang account.
