    How to Change the "organizer" on account for an Xbox one s


    My son is trying to log into YouTube and xbox and its its asking for a code that is being sent to the wrong email which we dint have access to. I am logged into Microsoft and see the "organizer" and that email is not correct and i dont have access to it.
    How do i change that?

    To Make Myself a Organizer

    Hi There,

    In order to change the privacy settings to play online by your account ( the Member) ; you must have access to the Adult Account ( the Organizer ) to make the changes in your account privacy settings; you can find details

    here    . So; the Organizer has to recover the account.

    Furthermore; even if you want to remove your account from the Family Group, It has to be done from the Adult account. ( the organizer)

    If the Organizer could not recover the account; please contact the Xbox Support.

    change a organizer to a member

    The organizer may need to remove the account first as a member and then re-add as an organizer? As the organizer she can not remover herself, I created another organizer who can not remove her organizer account or change it to member?

    I believe there should be at least one organizer so once you add or change an existing account from member to organizer using the current admin account, you should be able to make the changes:
