    How to change privacy/account settings when the link directs you to the support page?


    I invited my friend to a Minecraft Realm, but she can't join. It tells her to go to change her account settings, but when she tries to, it redirects to her to the Xbox support page.

    How can she successfully change her account settings so she can join?

    go to xbox.com on the PC sign into your account, click on the gamer tag in the upper right corner, you will get a drop down box which says xbox profile, there will be 3 dots next to it. Click on the dots it will bring you to a new page. On the next page
    in the left column you will see a selection that says privacy and online safety. This is how you adjust your account settings for friends. It is a lot harder to find than it used to be.

    Depends if the account in question is adult (18+ of age) or a child account. If that is a child account only the parental account can change privacy settings.
