    how to change or repair my XBox1?


    I bought my XB1 in HongKong 20 months ago.

    Several days ago, the XB1 can't open after a failure of updating, then i applied on the https://support.microsoft.com/zh-hk/devices

    it seens my Manufacturer Warranty ends 02/17/2017

    but while i created a Device Repair, it reacted that "There are no service offers associated with selected problem/accessory type." on the step2.

    Now tell me, how i can repair my XB1 ?even i pay for the repairing?

    Well I got myself an xbox1x lol my kids xbox1s died a great death after taking it for repair and finding that it would cost more to repair than replace I decided to treat myself and give them my xbox1s console (I got it last Christmas) as it was pristine
