You will probably have to call your internet operator, ask them to set a fixed IP pro console, and ask them to open the ports that is described down there, disable and activate the UPnP function and disable the modem firewall, if you have modem and router the process has to be done on both devices.

You will have to log into your router and adjust the security settings there. If you don't know how to do that just Google your router and it should tell you how to access things.

Are you wired or wireless? Wired through a ethernet cable always gives best open nat in my experience. However in the past when I have been wireless and had nat issues I found that testing the connection in settings resolved the issue. But I would recommend
using ethernet if possible.

Julio, it will depend on your router model you are using and some other network environment information. Are you on wired or wireless?

The best thing I would do is to google "Open NAT on *insert router name and model here*" and see if any guides come up.

If you respond with the model number and brand I can possibly walk you through some things as well.

settings, enable DMZ or port forward. The most common solution is toggling UPnP. We will provide instructions on how to complete this process. You can find out how to log in to your router's settings from the router or gateway's manual or support website.

Follow these steps to turn UPnP off and on:

1. Log in to your router's web-based configuration page to and make sure UPnP is turned on.
   
   Note Refer to your router's documentation or support website for help turning UPnP on for the first time, or off and then back on. Make sure that the router is restarted each time you update any router settings. If the router doesn’t restart
   automatically, restart it manually.
2. Turn the UPnP setting off, and then save your changes.
3. Restart your computer from a full shutdown and restart all network hardware (your modem and router). Removing the power cords, waiting 10–20 seconds, and plugging the power cords back in is the best way to ensure a full power cycle.
4. Log in to your router's web-based configuration page to and make sure UPnP is turned off.
5. Turn the UPnP setting back on, and then save your changes again. If there’s another setting labeled Zero Config, ensure that this setting is turned on.
6. Restart all network hardware (your modem and router).
