How to change my xbox account settings

You should be able to adjust your privacy settings on the privacy and online safety page https://account.xbox.com/settings, you can can also make these changes on an Xbox One console.

To play Minecraft Realms, you need to allow the following privacy settings:

“You can play with people outside of Xbox Live”,

“You can create and join clubs”

“You can join multiplayer games”

When changing any account settings, make sure to select “submit” to confirm and save any changes on your account.

Hi BreGuilt, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regards to your concern.

If you're already an adult you should be able to change your settings by simply signing in to https://account.xbox.com/settings. However, if you're still a minor you will be needing to ask your parent or an adult to add you as a member by signing in to https://account.microsoft.com/family.

Once you're added as a member, the organizer/adult will be able to manage your settings when they sign in to https://account.xbox.com/settings.

How to change the xbox setting if the my microsoft account show that I’m not an adult yet? I can’t change any setting on xbox settings. Also, I really want to play minecraft dungeons with my friend, but I can’t fix this problem, because I can’t change

thanks paper but, if it is my WLID then how do i change my email to a different one. On xbox.com it says i have to do it on my xbox under setting and account. But i dont have the account on my xbox to do that with. So how can i change this?
