How to change my xbox account email

My xbox had a few corrupted files so I reset my xbox now I'm stuck at signing in. My old email doesn't work anymore, so I am unable to even receive a verification code. I would really like to keep the account just due to the time money and effort spent on these games. This has been a really frustrating for me I have 0 clue what to do, I have tried everything these support pages have suggested I just want to substitute my disabled email for my current one. What do I do (I am very upset)

To change the email address on an Xbox profile, you will have to change the email address on the Microsoft account (which is associated with the Xbox profile).

So I want to change the email address on my Xbox account. Currently, I am using a relative’s email account for my Xbox account due to previous circumstances, but now want to change that email to my own email. How can I do that?

and my sister would like to put hers on there but my brother said she can’t

Unfortunately if you're unable to recover your account through the available channels and through Microsoft support, then there are extremely high chances that you may not be able to recover it, ever.
