How to change my small avatar?

I recently changed my person avatar without any problems. But their is a small avatar, next to my name and MyAccount.

I don't remember setting up this small avatar and it's a small alien looking box. I tried changing my person avatar, thinking that would change it. But it didn't

I did several searches but can't find anything that tells me how to change that?

Anyone understand what I am asking? Any help would be appreciated.

Small picture next to avatar

How possible change or delet small pictures which is shown in my profile menu and in game. I changed my avatar but the small pictures always is tha same.

I think you are referring to the gamer picture, which can be an picture of your avatar, but also some other icons are available, you can set this via the xbox console (360/ One)

How did you get that im trying to change my style out of that?Im not trying to change my style.Im saying it doesnt showed my correct Avatar look.Changing my gamerpic didnt work because it still shows my Avatar in a costume its not in.Along with that I never
used an Avatar gamerpicture.

So, ive been trying to change my xbox avatar since yesterday, the image I'm trying to use is just a simple drawn of a woman, ive tried it so many times and with some edits and still they keep trowing back to my older avatar.

You can change the image either through the Xbox mobile application or by placing the image on a flash drive and then plugging the flash drive into the console to open the avatar change and then change the image for your own. Sometimes it does not have to go
because the picture is too small.

Similar to this issue, when I signed up for the gold subscription xbox was logged into my daughter's avatar. How do I change the avatar associated with my xbox gold account. Right now when I log in, it shows that I am my daughter, how do I change it so
it shows as me? I don't want sign in as my daughter all the time and I don't want to take over her avatar since she has history saved under her avatar.
