Actually, the age of an Xbox account is set by the birthdate entered when creating the Xbox account. The birth-date can never be changed. Changing the date on the microsoft account profile will not change the date on the Xbox profile.

Microsoft account is created as a child account, the account will convert to an adult account once the account holder reaches the legal adult age in their country. The account will always retain the original birthday even if it is manually changed. We recommend
