How to change gamertag for the second time

So I wanted to change my gamertag and so I changed it and didn’t know that numbers would be at the end if was already used. I want to change it again but it has to be paid and I don’t know how or where to pay. Can someone give me directions on how to change the username after the first time and i am willing to pay the 10.00 fee. PLS HELP

so i change it on the console and when i try to change it again it says “something is wrong try again.” So i am trying on the computer and when I go and type the new gamertag and change it, it leaves me on the same page. It shows no where to pay and no directions to paying like you said.
