How to change from child account to adult

Hi for some reason it says my account is a child account so I can't buy anything and it says a parent account needs to log in and change the settings when there is no parent account there's only mine. Please help thank you.

I want to change my account from a child account to an adult account but I forgot my adult account completely. How do I change my account from child to buy games and actually use it if I forgot my adult account?
