How to change family pass code

You could simply add a passcode for your account:

To change your pass code

On your console, go to Settings, then select Family.

Enter your 4-button pass code.

Select Change Pass Code.

Select Change Pass Code again.

Enter a new 4-button pass code twice.

Select Done.

Select Save and Exit.

Sorry to hear it. The reset code is linked to your console. What you'll need to do is call phone support for help with resetting the code.

If you live in North America dial 1-800-469-9269

you can add a pass code that needs to be entered everytime they sign into live,this will block them accessing live if they don`t know the code.

i cant figure out how to reset the pass code on the family settings

To disable or change a forgotten Family Pass Code you're going to have to call Xbox Support.
