    How to change Billing info - Country/Region ?


    Hi!

    My current billing info country is set to Italy. I guess this is so, because I bought the console in Italy. Anyway, I don't live in Italy and I would like to change my info to my country. Same thing with County/Region where I can choose only italian
    cities.

    How can I do that?

    Anyone know who to change the country/region on the Billing Contact Information? I want to purchase some points but I can't because I don't live in the States and can't change it. I can't get a new account by the way, what do I do?

    Here is how to change the region of your account.

    support.xbox.com/.../change-region

    Sorry but you cannot change the billing info. In order to purchase items online your billing info must match your physical location.

    Also, be aware that even if you change your account region you still may not be able to purchase and download some content due to region locking. This means that although you may be able to purchase items you won't be able to download them if they are not
    originally available outside of that country.

    you can migrate an account to a different region via the steps mentioned on the following link.

    Also be aware that changing regions can have a few consequences, be sure to read everything on the link before executing the migration.

    Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

    You may need to make sure that your account region is migrated correctly. Please sign in to this link:

    https://live.xbox.com/AccountMigration

    Also, when you migrate an account you can't migrate to another region within 3 months.
