    How to change adult account to child


    My daughter created an account and now I need to have control. I want to change her "adult" account to a child and create a new account for me to administer the adult account and family. She has a lot of gaming files that she can't lose.

    If I attempt to edit the birthdate it states I have entered a childs birthday and must enter new one.

    I can't remember 100% but I am sure whoever set up the child account can change it. Like if you made an adult account on the xbox before making the child account that adult account can change wether the child account is a child account or and adult one.
