How to cast (NOT mirror) apps from iPhone to Xbox One?

I have read everything I can, and still can't figure it out. To be clear, I do not want to mirror my Phone, where the same thing appears on both screens. I want to "cast" video content to the Xbox One to play, so i can use my phone for other things at
    the same time.

The Xbox is listed as an option to cast from the following apps: YouTube, Netflix

But NOT possible in other apps: Disney+, HBO Max, Hulu, Amazon Prime, Vudu, NFL Sunday Ticket, etc.

Can anyone explain? I have a Samsung TV in another room that will accept casting of all these apps from my iPhone equally. But the Xbox is limited ... is there something i am doing wrong or need to update?

    Thank you.

    :)
