    How to carry over your games and progress from old computer to new computer


    I had a lot of downloads in Microsoft Jigsaw. Had to purchase new computer. How do I get my downloads and progress without starting over?

    All you need to do is sign in with the Microsoft account used on Jigsaw
    If you’re doing that and you’re not able to see the progress exists the possibility that you used a different account.

    I can play the jigsaw puzzles but my download collections are not popping up. It's basically like I need to download them again and pay.

    Will it not transfer along with your account when you sign into another computer? I thought all progress was saved to the account and would carry over with it when you log in anywhere. That seems odd if it only stores specifically to the computer that
    you are playing on. :(
