How To Cancel Your Xbox Live Gold Subscription

1. Go To:

https://account.microsoft.com

And login into your Microsoft live account

(do not confuse this with your xbox live account, there is NO WAY TO CANCEL your subscription from the CONSOLE or from XBOX.COM)

2. Click on Service and Subscriptions

3. Scroll down and find your xbox live gold membership and click cancel.

Your other option is to call Xbox Live customer service and have them cancel it for you.

*NOTE:

However customer service has been outsourced all over the world and you may find it a challenging process.

*NOTE:

At one time you were able to cancel from the console however Microsoft is up to their old tricks again.

(Basically make it inconvenient for you to cancel with the hopes that you will keep your account)

It seems ridiculous that you can not cancel from the console! And don't tell me you can because you can't!
