    Paul from the Xbox Forums Team here to assist, it looks like you'd like to cancel your game pass subscription. To do so sign into your Microsoft account at this
    website, then go to services and subscriptions. At that point you should be able to highlight the game pass subscription and cancel it. I hope the information I provided helped resolve
