How to cancel Game Pass subscription on hacked account

Account got hacked by some Russian, he changed the email and password. People online who share the same problem all say that Microsoft can't do anything about it. How do I cancel my Game Pass subscription on an account I can't access?

To avoid future charges in the future, I can advice you two things:

A. Contact your bank and ask them to give you a new card and block/cancel the current one

B. Ask your bank to block all incoming charges from Microsoft
