    How to cancel Digital Pre order.


    I don't want to cancel just to get my money back but, Id like to pre order the digital deluxe edition for the 360 so that I am able to own the game on 360 and the ONE. Even if its possible to just switch it so I don't have to go through the hassle of doing
    a bunch of different things.

    I need to cancel the preorder digital copy of dead rising 4 I wasn't meant to be bought my daughter had a hold of my controller and ordered it I need to cancel it my wife will be upset at me if she sees the money off the card can you please help me cancel

    For future reference it would be better to create a new thread instead of bumping older ones. If you would like to cancel a pre order then you should call phone support and they can do that for you. Please click this link to get the number for your region Customer Support

    Thank you for posting on the Xbox forums. We understand that you are interested in cancelling your pre-order for Monster Hunter World: Icebourne so that you may purchase the digital deluxe version. You should be able to cancel you pre-order from your

    transaction history in the Microsoft website    . We recommend locating the pre-order in the list of transaction and attempting to cancel the pre-order from there. Once the pre-order has been canceled, you can go ahead and pre-order the digital deluxe version
    of Icebourne. Be sure to let us know the results!
