How to cancel Beta Preview?

Hi, I bought a xbox one with the Beta Program Activated... But I dont Want to be a member of the Beta Program (I hate the weekly updates)

I Have the App of Registering Beta Program but this app only Shows a Button of [JOIN] but not a button of cancel registration...

How I can cancel my Xbox for the Beta program??

I am fighting a few days with this problem and I cant fix it....

Also if you are removed from the Beta for breaking the NDA you agreed to your console will be suspended from xbox live until the dashboard goes public

 

Get in touch with support to see if your account is in beta preview. If not then you would have to join and then post into the Preview forums to have your console removed from the program.

You should receive instructions to your email aswell how to do it after joining.

 

Go to games/apps choose apps scroll to the right see if there is an app Xbox preview dashboard this is what you need to leave the preview.

If you are in the preview you should be able to access the early access forums you will get more help there.

I use usb video on Xbox 360 quite often (even more then playing games) and am quite versed with the usage of the video section.

I can't navigate thru my dashboard, and so I can't get to the apps and leave the preview. Every time I turn on my xbox it goes straight to a screen that says update failed. I called xbox support because my xbox can't connect to the internet. The xbox support
member told me it was because I enrolled into the beta preview, some thing went wrong with the update. I must opt out because it's giving me network problems.
