how to cancel an XboxLive subscription?

How can I request the cancellation of a XboxLIve Gold subscription, made by my son without my consent? The credit card was registered in my XboxLive account and he clicked unknowingly and signed, my son is only 4 years old, he did not even know what he was
doing.

This happened about an hour ago today 07/01/2017, so I need to cancel this, can someone help me please?

It will have all the steps on how to stop/cancel a subscription.

Keep in mind that if there is an payment due, that will need to be paid prior being able to cancel the subscription.

for a subscription it might be best to immediately cancel the subscription, that usually will show what will be refunded for the time that was remaining for the subscription.
