    How to cancel a refund request


    I recently purchased Apex coins for Apex Legends, but decided to refund almost immediately after. However, after some thinking, I decided that I would like to keep the items that I used the coins on, and am currently trying to cancel my refund request. There is another post similar to this, but the phone number posted on there is no longer in use for Microsoft. I also tried to contact the Microsoft store help using their phone number, but they instead directed me towards the refund page, where there is nothing that can help me with my problem. I even replied to the refund request email, but I have not gotten a response. Is there someone or somewhere that I need to go?
