    Hi. I recently was auto-renewed for an xbox live 12 month gold membership. I also put in a prepaid code, which puts me at a 2018 expiration. The credit card charged for the auto-renewal is expired, and I myself didn't want the auto-renewal, and wasn't even
    notified it was going to happen. Is it possible to cancel the auto-renewal payment and keep my prepaid code active? I really don't want to have to spend another $60 on a renewal fee.

    Xbox Live hard to cancel

    I got a deal when I set up my new profile on a 3 month subscription to Xbox Live. I paid $9.99 for 3 months. Then I forgot to cancel it and they automatically charged my card. I just figured out how to remove the automatic renewal but I have a charge pending for another 3 months. It is so hard to cancel a subscription.

    download queue?

    You can cancel the download by going to the download queue, but once you've confirmed a purchase you will be charged for it. You can't cancel the actual purchase.

    I purchased an Xbox One S that I believe comes with a controller on Thursday(8/13) and my order still says Pending. I can't request a cancel on it either. So I believe it charged my card/ and or is being shipped. But it still says Pending for it.

    it allows me to preorder without the added bonuses(which expired) and that went through and send paid - so i refunded it.#

    i presume it allowed me to do that because they are different packages or something.
