How to cancel a game purchase

While we were still a sleep our lovely daughter of 7 decided she wanted FIFA19 thinking it was a free game. So she has made a purchase without our knowing through Paypal. We are proud that she knows how to do this but we are not so happy with this expensive
surprise purchase.

We would like to cancel this, it´s paid through Paypal and is not played or fully downloaded yet. Because it´s sunday morning we can´t get in contact with Microsoft. I hope some of you can help us and yesss we are updating our security.

Hi there, my son just bought a game on Xbox one for 90 GPB. How can I cancel the purchase and get a refund?

 

unfortunately, refunds can be done only by microsoft support, so you'll have to wait until tomorrow.

 

Ok thank you, I have at least removed the game so hopefully they can see we are not playing it.
