    finally got an xbox one. on initial boot all it wants to do is connect to the internet. How do I bypass it so I can play my game? Or is it just broke or something?

    How to bypass support?

    Phone/chat support are your only option i'm afraid as they are the only ones with access to your account & billing info.

    Afternoon

    Xbox support, including two managers, have misled, lied or conflicted with each other on 6 straight occasions in regards to a refund I am owed.

    Is there anyway to bypass support and go their managers or some other form of support to get this straightened out? They claim they are working on it be frankly are proving to be hugely inept. The most recent manager cannot even send a simple email properly.

    I would like to chat with someone higher up about the horrific customer service but no one will let me bypass the supervisor level. No one to date has solved the problem.

    New update freeze

    Yeah it's a live issue and they are working on fixing it. The tech told me start the xbox with no connection to the net... start a game up and connect to live when you are in the game to bypass the glitch. It is something related with the dashboard.
