How to buy Xbox one PSU for a console bought in Canada and to be used in India

Want to buy a PSU for my Xbox one console that i bought in India and want to use in India. Does Microsoft provide it? Where can we purchase it from.I would prefer an original Xbox product.

Need help in Hyderabad,IN, want to test my Console and PSU as console is not starting.

I got my US console to India and bought a new original Xbox PSU(India Specific Voltage) from a vendor. My Xbox console is bought in USA and working fine before traveling to India. When I connect new PSU (Power Supply Unit) to power socket, I can see the
steady orange light. As soon as I connect to console, it blinks white and stop PSU light. my console is not starting. I tried connecting console in different rooms and same result. I do not know what is the issue and which one is not working. I want to test
my PSU and my console in Hyderabad with some one who got. I can bring my console and PSU to test it. Any help is greatly appreciated.

I had bought xbox one from USA how can I use it in India??

Does I need to buy psu of Indian version or just converter of 220V to 110V power supply?

Hi, I bought xbox one in Europe and now I moved to Canada. I want to use xbox one here and I know the voltage are different between Europe and Canada. If I buy power supply (PSU), will it work? and can you tell me the input and output details for Canada?

We bought X Box 360 S Model 1439 in USA and brought to India. The power supply unit (PSU) is of 110 V. I think we cannot use the same directly (with flat to round pin converter) with Indian Power Supply of 220V . I heard Microsoft will FREEly replace the
same. If yes, where these MS shop/s in Hyderabad of India? If not freely, where can I buy a genuine PSU for this Model? Can any one help please?

that error isn't the same issue as a region lock

where did you buy your console from US or india?

if your console is from india what is the region of your account ?

if you bought an US console or ntsc console you must download from an ntsc region

if you bought an india pal console you must download from a india account or a PAL region

Hi Arnold! Good evening...

So i am based out of India and i have bought xbox one console. Even i had been through this situation.

So singapore i understand, has a 220-250 V range(same like india). Hence the PSU which would suite you is UK.

What you need to do is, that go to myservice.xbox.com, change it to a british address(hope you have friends in UK) and order for a UK PSU. (either you can buy a new one for 30 Pounds) or send across the old one and get it replaced.

Unfortunately, you would have to bear the entire shipping cost as none of the support would send international shipping.
