• if no what to do nothing saying buy by ms points

Can't buy 2x Microsoft Points (one after another) - using PayPal

I am having problems with Microsoft Points, i want to buy 1200 MS point but i can't, here is how i do and i get a red warning message:

- buy 800 MS point - everything works as expected (pay pal charge me and everything)

- then when i try to buy 400 MS point ... this warning message is displayed 'Your payment instrument could not be authorized. Please contact your provider, or try a different payment option.'

this problem occcurs when:

- using the same Payment option as the first one

- using a new Payment option

I was going to buy Bully but I'm in the middle of the MS Points to currency conversion. My points haven't been converted yet, but I can no longer buy stuff using MS points. wtf?

 

You can still buy and redeem MS Points prepaid cards, but they'll show up on your account as the equivalent in real money. If you buy 1600 MS Points for $20, they add $20 to your account. You can still find gift cards at web stores like amazon or ebay
