How to buy Minecraft from Trial

So my son has been playing the trial for a week now and wanted to upgrade to the full version of the Minecraft for Windows 10 & 11 pc version. However, when we click on the unlock full version and choose one of the two options, it opens up a windows store page with no "add to cart", "purchase/buy" or "checkout" options. The same issue occurs when we try from the xbox gaming launcher (pc). Instead, frustratingly, the page just shows the trailer, share, and other products we might be interested in. We've tried to uninstall and then buy, but the option in the library isn't to buy, but just download again. Seems unnecessarily difficult to buy a game, but idk. How do I buy this game?

It is a game bundled wherein you'll get two versions which are Minecraft for Windows and Minecraft Java Edition for just 1 price.

Make sure that you're signed in under the account that you or your son is using in playing the game.

Did you buy it through another service like directly from Mojang when Minecraft was still owned by them?

Another possibility I can think of is that it may have been a trial copy that lasted a very long time. I had a trial copy on my computer that lasted several years (I'm still not sure how) until I decided to buy it because I wanted to play with others.

I know how to fix it first u need to download the trial if the say minecraft has failed to load and cannot continue u may need to buy a new device if doe'its show it it works or wait for 1 year
