    You don't post to become a moderator (that's probably one of the way you're not going to get it), and it's not something you "apply" for. It's something you're asked to volunteer for.

    A Microsoft agent is an employee of Microsoft. So you would have to apply for that like any other type of job.

    Hi there,

    The only advice I can give, would be to look out for positions on the Xbox Team via Careers at Microsoft | Microsoft jobs - if you are studying, speak to someone about internships.

    Occasionally, Xbox and Xbox Support post opening opportunities via Twitter, so it may well be worth following via social media or Linked In. How to become "Volunteer Moderator, "Microsoft Agent." :)

    I'm pretty sure Mods are chosen based on your activities on the forum. Not just your quantity of replies, but quality. But this I guess is only one of the criteria.
